This is my 5th apartment complex since I've struck out on my own. I've lived in these apartments now for 10 months and I honestly can't think of a whole lot I'd change about the place. It's very nicely kept and the interiors are immaculate and modern. My only complaint would be the price to square footage ratio. We're paying $855 for a little over 700sq ft. but the places have very nice interiors and the community is ideal. Our apartment came with dark wood cabinetry, new all black appliances and black granite laminate counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. There is crown molding throughout (i've never had that before), an electric fire place and washer dryer in the unit. I feel very safe and comfortable in this community. I've never needed maintenance although the front gate was broken for about a month. It's been fixed for a while now though and that's honestly about the only bad thing I've noticed, and that was minimal. The front office has been extremely nice to deal with, the only exception being one woman who was in there a couple times for a month or two but I haven't seen her there recently and everyone else I've interacted with was awesome! If we had the extra money we'd upgrade to a two bedroom which has a lot more space. The apartment itself and the complex is VERY nice and definitely way above average. I would recommend them to friends with the extra money to spend. A-plus all around!!
