DO NOT LIVE HERE--- Unless you like Cockroaches

My boyfriend just signed a lease 2 days ago. The day we were moving him in we killed multiple cockroackes, big and little. When he informed the office they stated they would try and get someone in to spray on Monday (this was Sat). He called today (Monday) and asked to get out of his lease and they want to charge him $1647.50 to break the lease on a cockroach infexted apartment. I also agree with the prevoius reviews. The parents have no control over their kids, they pick fights in the common areas and cuss loud enough to be heard from his 3rd floor apartment. When we opened the windows the day he moved in, the smell of sewer filled the apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE... ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS! IT IS BUG INFESTED AND UNSAFE!
