So far I have been there for a few weeks. My neighbors across from me are very nice and we watch out for eachothers kids when they are on the playground. Yes the walls are thin and you can besically hear conversations when they are being yelled...
The only thing I hate is my neighbors upstairs are always stomping and nothing ever happens about it.
The security guard is only there for a few hours then dips out, but he is nice and always lets me know when to watch out for things.
bascially I have no issues, any time I need anything fixed, it happens quickly. One of the managers, the older one is a little bit on the wierd side and I swear she is on something, but Jessica is a sweerheart. If you watch your kids and sorroundings, then you shouldnt have an isue.... well I guess I will see when the months go by if it gets worse!
