Please do not live here you will have nothing but regret. I lived here for two years. It was horrible. The maintence is non exist, my ceiling leaked onto my floor for a week before i finally called it in as an emergency because i was scared mold would grow. Then he finally came to fix it. The kids are horrible but blame the parents because they often lock their children out of the apartment in the daytime. In my apartment block a mom often locked her kids out and left the older kids in cahrge of the toddler who would be walking around with no chlothes or no shoes (yes i called CPS but nothing was done except for everybody knowing it was me that called and then harrassment followed) So then the children amuse them selfs my being distructive, throwing rocks, yelling swear words... They parents are often on drugs, some drug dealers. The MSCO is there every night. The tiny pool is never open, the laundry room is dirty, there is trash all over the grounds, with over flowing dumpsters. It was such a nightmare. The mangement when I first moved in was very nice and caring... Then that lady got transfered and replaced with a druggie. A horrible, mean bipolar lady incapable of doing a job correctly it shows she hates you and working there in her work. I wouldnt wish this apartment on my worst enemy. I read the other review that said you can make it work if you have to, thats what I did but it was not worth it. Please do yourself a favor. They only do a year lease, this place isnt safe if you have a young child do not move here for there sake.

I completely agree with this review! I'm sorry that you get harrassed because you tried to do the right thing by calling CPS. This is the reason I never called CPS. Never does any good

I live in the neighborhood just south of Balsam and we have had a neighborhood watch in effect for about 3 years. This spring we expanded to include Balsam and I invited your manager but she was a 'no-show'. I was thinking about leaving fliers for the residents to see if any of them might be interested in attending. We have rid the area of 10 drug households in the last 3 years. We have members who rent and own. All ages , families and retirees. We will be having another meeting in October ....anyone interested ? I will be putting out fliers in about 2 weeks.
