I haven't lived here long but all my neighbors are really nice and we look after each others kids. I have never had a problem with roaches or any other bugs. I think it depends who you live by. I've been in alot of really bad neighborhoods and I would say this isn't all that bad. There's always gonna be crime everywhere and bad people.

Yes, there is always going to be "crime and bad people" but there seems to be a lot at Sonora Vista. Just ask the police! They told my neighbor that they come here way too often.
