We've crawled out of the pit!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Maintenance was good, as long as they don't do any damage to the apartment trying to fix it. We had one guy break the water line to the washer and that was a flood. Which only added to the overall cave-like quality of our downstairs apartment. The office staff was always friendly. Last but not least, the apartments are older, so expect to see some ceiling movement if you live downstairs. We would suggest it for college students.
