I moved in here because I was living in a hotel with half my belongings desperate for an apartment, and this was the best I had come up with after searching for two days. I don't smoke but anytime I have the heat or A/C on I can smell more coming in from the neighbors (the smell is always there, it just gets worse when I use the thermostat). The manager that moved me in helped me set up an account with SRP the day I moved in, but apparently the account never got set up. Two months later I brought it up to management that I hadn't yet received a bill, and they threatened immediate eviction if I didn't get my account set up that day. I had to find a way to get work off for a couple hours to do so. So much for trying to be nice by letting them know! Overall, it's not a terrible place, but you could definitely find something better for the money and in a nicer part of town.
