This place is seriously the most worst community I have ever lived in my entire life!!!! Our neighbors are extremely noisy and and they party and do drugs all the time. I heard a drug deal going on right outside my window the other night, and we have been finding over 10 big nasty brown cockroaches everyday. Let me tell you, they are everywhere, and the office will not do anything about it!! I seriously hate it here, and we are doing everything that we can to get out of here. I really suggest that if you are looking to rent here, that you turn the other way and run away really fast. This place is so not worth it. Sure it would be perfect if you like sleeping, eating, and taking a shower with roaches you will be happy here. Or if you like your car constantly broken into and hearing drug deals going on, then it would be great. But seriously don't move here, you will be very sorry. I was reading the other review that was just put up and I honestly think that the office staff put up that review. Don't believe what anyone says about how nice this place is! It is so run down!!! It is the worst place I have ever lived! Alliance residential is the worst property company I have ever come in contact with and they need to be put out of business. They don't have a clue about how to manage communities!!! Their customer service sucks, and they are very rude. This place has so many violations its not even funny. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and many other places, and I will never rent from any of there apartments ever again!!!!! Please, if you are reading this don't move here. Your life will be a living hell. The Mesa Police helicopter flies over every night and announces how there is a criminal or a fugitive loose in the area and to stay inside and lock your doors. Does that sound like a safe place to live' We have been living in fear and disgust for the last little while and I am tired of it! When I go to work, I don't even want to come back here cuz it sucks sooo bad. We shouldn't have to feel like this in our home. So please, go look somewhere else. They say this place is newly remodeled, they did a way crappy crappy job. They just painted over holes in the walls and the cabinets are made of plywood and they are falling apart and don't even close all the way!! It always smells in here, because this place has been here for 23 years, and it just has that musty old smell. It's probably the plywood rotting away. It's practically falling apart and they don't even care. Just as long as they get there rent money, they are happy. Words cannot express how much I hate it here, and the management is horrible. So, if you move here don't say I didn't warn you. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we have been through.
