I lived at University Green for a year, and it was my first time in Mesa. I have to say that after moving out I miss it a lot. It takes time to get used to the Mesa area if your not used to it, but there is a Fry's right across the street, and a Petsmart with in walking distance if you have a pet. I loved living there. I really only know my neighbor that was below me, be she was a sweet lady. The place has new appliances, newly painted outside and in, and the front office staff is very nice and helpful. If I ever needed anything they were on top of it. If I could, I would move back there, and since I am looking on Aug to move again, I am seriously considering living there again. Give this place a chance. Good pool area, basket and tennis ball courts too! I personally loved living there.

you are obviously one of the staff members because no one in their right mind would say that this nasty horrible piece of crap is a good place to live, and you have your little sales pitch going on at the end of your review. I bet your probably the raunchy new property manager who is the biggest b$%^@ I have ever met. Your apartments suck and you can go tell that to your boss ----. one of these days a resident is going to sue your butts off, and hopefully you will go bankrupt because you don't deserve to be in business.
