ATROCIOUS! You get what you pay for!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I moved to this apartment in January of 2006 and was ecstatic to move out a year later. Although the apartment was considered "renovated", this place was a joke. The water pipes broke in the upper unit and flooded my lower unit. It took maintenance one week to repair the damages, leaving me to deal with a dirt hole in my kitchen and living room. Also, during move out, the office staff advised me that no carpet cleaning charges would be applicable, however, I received a COLLECTION NOTICE for a WHOPPING $35. Please reconsider your choice when in your Mesa apartment search.
