Unless you feel like living in a crime ridden neighborhood with the ghetto bird flying over your head 3 times a night. Not to mention to the paper thin windows and walls so you hear everything going on outside and can get no peace. Management was terrible and constantly changing personnel. Then they come after you with bogus charges and fees several months after move out. Worst place I have ever lived!

Yeah these guys suck! They screwed us over so many times and got away with it!! Someone seriously needs to sue their butts and put them out of business, because they definitely shouldn't be running a place like that. According to Arizona tenant landlord laws, they are in violation of so many. I feel really bad for the people who don't about this website and can't read what a horrible hell hole this is. I shouldn't even call it a place, because according to my experiences there it is uninhabitable!! Thank heavens we broke our lease and got the hell out of there!!
