You'd be luckier living on the streets than coming here. The apartment manager is a joke. Extremely rude and unwilling to help when we had a problem with the neighbors. They seem to allow noise at all hours of the night even though the lease says its not allowed. You have the police chopper flying overhead all the time. You can every little noise going on outside and from your neighbors. The inside is garbage. The model they showed us was great, when we got our actual apartment, it was garbage. The carpets hadn't been cleaned, there was stuff in the dishwasher from previous tenants, screws missing on the locks, electrical outlets didn't even hold plugs,and the weather stripping on the door and windows was trashed. We found that out the hard way after a heavy rain soaked our carpet. This place is trash! Avoid it!
