My parents and I moved to Arizona in 1985,
Southbank was a new complex then. We lived there for a year. It was a good experience.I completed high scchool and left home for Alaska. In 1994 I returned to Phoenix and rented a unit there. I noticed a change in the place. Equity was the management team now and the place was rather dirty. I drove into the complex Nov. 2002 and was shocked. This place is now a complete dump. I mean sick !! I have pictures of this place when it was a rose garden ! Now the land fill is comparable.
