New management took over in 11/06. The new manager is tough, but he gets things done. The maint man fixed things wrong in my apartment that the previous management never fixed. The new manager kicked a lot of people out here when she first took over, but she needed to. The place now has patrol. This place is quiet at night and my apartment is HUGE-more space than my house.
