A very frustrating summer at the Springs. Up for sale they have loaded the apartments with people who think it's their right to party from 2AM to 4:30 AM. There are now 25 apts. empty and the rents are going up with the new owners. Odd that they allow the partyers to stay but lie to the rest of us that work and pay our tent on time. We are part of a group that is breaking the lease early because this has gone on since July. Hope the all night video tapes work since we'll have to go to court to get our deposits back
