Me and my family just moved in two weeks ago. Not too bad so far- only complaint is our neighbor next door feels that it is alright to blast the bass on her stereo on weekends. But at least its a weekend, so we don't complain :)

Only had to deal with the office people once myself- she was friendly enough though. The gate was not working so I had to go out the in gates :/

The maintnence guy is awsome. I forget his name, but weve had him in about 3 times now to fix a leaky toilet etc. Repairs almost always came the same day as the complaint.

As for the condition of the apartment weve had no problem. We reside in a 3 bedroom model- no serious problems. Only minor concern with the apartment itself is the water heater only gives you about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower. Garages are very handy. Repainting the buildings, and redoing the pool closest to our unit, so I'm pretty pleased.

I would suggest this apartment :) I might be moving out soon, but by that I meen to move into another unit on my own.

Oh and finally, the person who mentioned the "poor" quality of the recreation room- the only downside to that room is the broken bikes. Thats 2 peices of broken equipment, not 3 or 4. It is really not that crammed together- and the raquetball courts aren't "filthy" either.
