I am on my second lease and will probably renew again in July. The price is starting to get up there but you get what you pay for. The staff has be changed over the years but always for the better. The place is in the middle of lots of renovations and it may be a little of an inconvenience at times but worth it in the end ( like road construction ).

Like any place I ever lived there are small things that come up but the staff does respond to events as they arise. We are under new management so most of the older problems have been resolved. I am lucky enough to have neighbors that respect noise levels so I have not had any loss of sleep due to noise. We have a courtesy patrol that takes care of that and any suspicious activity you may see.

The staff does a great job on handling issues when they come up. The fitness room is now being addressed and I do hope they fix some of the equipment that has been out of service for a few weeks now ( bikes and a treadmill ). They have special Holiday events that all residents are welcome to attend. I enjoyed the Corned Beef & Cabbage on St. Patrick's Day. Thanks !!

I work 3 miles from here so the location is key. Other properties in the area are not as nice as this one is. Most of us here are respectful of noise issues and families are very nice and the children do not run wild here ( thanks to the courtesy patrol ). All issues I ever had are handled properly and in a short amount of time ( usually same day ).

Shopping is a huge plus here. All the major stores ( Wal-Mart , Frys, Bashas , Koles, Ect... are within 1 to 3 miles. You are just 3 miles from the 101 on Higley. It is a very nice part of Mesa so not too much trouble happens around this area.

All and all a very nice place. Take the time to talk with the residents and most of us love it here. I will probably see you in the fitness room if you move in...

101 is more like 12 miles from you...202 is 1 mile.
