I am responding to some of the reviews that have been given:
Let me start with the person that wrote "very nice, but has issues"
This person informed management about the black substance coating her apartment, the strange thing about that is that hers is the only apartment in the history of this property to ever have had this problem. I'll let you try to figure out what that black substance may be... She was also offered to transfer within the community or to move to a different property. She *chose* to stay here. There is no proof that the maintenance person stole anything out of her apartment and a police report was never given to management; did this really happen or should we believe the gun and camera went up in black smoke'
Now lets talk about the maintenance issues she has. Her and her husband knew the toilet was broken and let their son use it anyway because they were to lazy to take him to the second bathroom. The toilet overflowed and oh, suprise it flooded the apartment. Management just told them they are responsible for the water extraction which -all of a sudden- they didn't need anymore. Of course management sucks when they believe your reckless, careless behavior is not going to be at the expense of the company.
For those other people that are upset that people actually use the ammenities, come on, what are they here for, just to look pretty or maybe just for you to use and nobody else' I am happy that people actually use the ammenities they are paying for and for the other people buy a house so you can swimm in your own pool and don't have to worry about other people using it.

Absolutely management- who are obviously still sore that people have issues and instead of dealing with them- they want to place the blame on the residents- they seem to have gone through all these entries and only commented on the ones that are not in their favor- instead of childishly berating the people who made these comments- they should see if there is a way to better their community using these entries as a guide for the enjoyment of all the residents.
