The quality of the people that live here have dropped. There use to be high quality people, you could tell by the cars they have and the way they kept their balconies. Now it is Animal House for foreign pilots. Any night you can drive through the parking lot and see a big party on a balcony or at the pool (which they must have contracted with management as theirs). Blinds left open so any passerby can see them (I don't know why) naked. I wish I would have known that this complex was to become dorm housing. I never would have renewed the lease.
The apartments are nice, if something needs to be fixed in the actual apartment someone from maintenance will be by with in a few days. The exterior of the complex: some items have been approved upon while others such as lighting, sprinklers, broken steps and curbs, the gates are still broken and I just don't think they care anymore.
The "Health Club" a couple bikes work, same with the treadmills. Use at your own risk of getting hurt.
The staff has changed over the years, yes and there has been good and A LOT of bad, it is just a job to them.
For the price of rent here to the enviornment I'd say look around, you can get an apartment for less $ or rent a house for a little less!!

Maybe what you do is just a job to you, I love what I do and take good care of my residents. I can only assume that when you go to work you are just doing a job and thats why you are so angry. If some residents would stop running into the gate, it could maybe be fixed for more than a day.
We are still improving the property, today we are doing the parking lot and curbs, you probably have a problem with that too since it will be hard to find a parking spot. (I am sure you will call the office to complain). Why are you looking in other residents windows?

This is exactly the type of response that I got with my issue. The manager takes the time to say how much she wants to improve the place, but puts you down for being angry. I think that as a manger the last thing you want to put down is the residents. Poor people skills.
