Stay away from the Springs at Alta Mesa

On the surface the Springs may seem like a good choice, but the problems are many. The front gate is never closed and this is supposed to be a gated community. In the year that I have lived here the gate has worked about half the time.
The health club is missing equipment and management will not replace it nor repair the equipment that is broken.
Upon first moving in I was lied to about rent due dates by the leasing agent...see also salesperson. I suppose that way they could get a late fee out of me. Must be something in it for the agents.
The saucy little wenches in the leasing office are super nice...until you sign a lease, then the could care less about anything you have to say. I guess they don't get paid to keep the tenants happy.
As soon as our lease is up we are out of here...we may even break the lease early.
Stay away from the Springs at Alta Mesa.
