We moved into the Springs in April of 06. Things were pretty good until ownership and management changed hands earlier this year (07). Since then things have gone downhill fast. The appearance of the property is fine, better than most, but beauty is only skin deep. What makes a property worth living in is the professionalism and dedeication to customer service of the management and maintenance staff. Also the ability of management to keep trouble makers in line or get them out. None of which appears to be the case here anymore. The 'Pilots' that others have mentioned in reviews do not respect the rights and priviledges of others, they were so rowdy around the pools late at night that the pools are now lcosed at 11:00PM; they used to be 24hr. So instead of correcting the problem the rest of us have to pay with loss of ammenities. Ammenities that we based our rental decision on.

Maintenance is a joke. Our garage door was damaged in early June because the down force pressure for the opener was set at maximum! Given the number of children here, that is a dangerous condition in and of iteself. According to law, and the rental contract, management is supposed to provide 'all appliances in proper working order, adjustment and condition'. It is now October and the garage is still not fixed. This garage is part of the security boundary for the apartment, some security. Now the garage door opener has failed due to 4 months of opening and closing a damaged garage door that has been placing increased stresses on the opener.

Now they are offering a free 32in hdtv (don't know the rental requirements) for new renters. Don't fall for it!! Find another place.
