When I first looked into renting at the Springs I fell in love with the beautiful landscaping, the cozy, safe, quiet environment and the convenient amenities. This is what you would expect from a luxury apartment complex, especially when the rent for a loft is almost $1100/month. After the first week of living at the Springs my girlfriend and I regreted signing a 12 month lease. These foreign students from Sabena flight training are the most disgusting people to share a community with. There are so many of them, they infest every resident ammenity and make you feel like you are renting in a third world country. You cannot use the fitness center from about 3pm until 8pm unless you want to share the limited facility with about a dozen -------/Arabs who do not wear deodorant and do nothing but take up space. Same goes for both of the pools. Also, these people obviously believe this is a university dorm because they have out of control drunk fests just about every weekend. The paramedics and fire department have "visited" the students twice since June and I've stopped counting how many times the cops have shown up. These rude foreigners emit horrible smells from their windows and doors, trash their balconys and patios, never wash their cars (which I'm sure are uninsured) and harass residents driving to and from home by blocking the streets with their cars and by playing like 6 year olds in the middle of the road.

I know I am not the only one sick and tired of feeling like a tourist in my own neighborhood. We have complained to the management and no action has been taken. These -------/Arabs must have diplomatic immunity or something. So, if you want to live with a bunch of rude foreigners with no respect for other residents, go live in Tempe across from the ASU campus at the corner of Apache and Terrace. You'll find plenty of dirty ------- and you'll pay much less than you would at the Springs. If you just have a lot of money to blow and you speak arabic or hindi and you love the smell of body odor, then the Springs is your spot.

I can't believe we are training these people to fly commercial jets! I guess we'll never learn.

Lastly, who ever constructed the units must have been in a hurry because all around you see poor workmanship. The tile was installed sloppily and the carpet transitions are coming up because the carpet wasn't stretched or tacked properly. The fire alarms go off randomly in the middle of the day or night. The interior doors do not fit close properly, and so on.
