This place has gone down hill ever since I started living here 2 yrs ago. The rent keeps going up and the quality of life goes down. The pilot students are everywhere. Its like living in a dormitory. I would have live in tempe near ASU if I want animal house all day long. Everything about this place has been pretty well sum up by other reviews. Management changes every couple years so there are no follow through with request from tenant(customers). For the price they are charging, you can get a better deal buying/renting a house.
