Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
prior to Christmas a few residents spent more than 2 hours waiting in the lobby for someone from the staff to return to the office so they could pick up packages. the sign on the office door said they were showing aparttments to prospective residents.
calls to the office over the past several months go straight to voicemail more often than not, and are seldom returned.
maintenance has taken weeks and multiple phone calls to respond to issues.
the security gate is broken more often than not.
on the surface this seems like a good place to rent. however - in real life it's not been a good experience.
