My husband, three daughters and I sold our previous home and we have been living here for over a year. I thought I would have a hard time living in an apartment after having my own home. Not so. I have loved it here. The place is well-kept and clean. The staff has always been polite and helpful. The maintenance men are professional, courteous and prompt. That is one thing that I have loved about apartment life is the fact that if there is a maintenance issue, I don't have to wait for my husband to fix it. The few maintenance issues that I have had in our apartment have always been addressed quickly and completely. I have three little girls and they love living here. Often they go to visit the "office girls" (the management staff) and they are always treated kindly and usually given a treat. Also, a lot of other reviews have also cast the flight students in a negative light. I could not disagree more. I have found them to be polite, professional and very kind to me and my little girls. I think that it is an asset to the apartment complex to have them here. It keeps many of the bad renters away. One previous post was very racist in nature toward the flight students. Maybe that person who posted such venomous comments should try using the golden rule and treating others the way he/she would want to be treated and maybe they would hold a different opinion about people who are different than them. I have found that if you treat anyone with respect and actually try to make an effort to get to know them, most people will reciprocate. We love The Springs at Alta Mesa and will be sad to leave when my husband s graduate school relocates our family.
