	SVGR has changed to Maribrisa Condos which still isn't the best place to live. Little outside lighting, pool area and laundry rooms are always dirty, and the walls are definitely apartment quality...not built for condos.

	Not too happy with this place. The staff takes forever to handle anything. You will never get your deposits back, they will make up some bogus story about how you didn't clean, when in fact you cleaned like mad and ... more
