Superstition Villas

My parents moved in here in 1996 as a "retirement idea." My brother and I stayed until almost 12-97, It was not too bad then, quite a bit of crime and bugs! Maintenance guys WERE great, quickly went down hill when new maintenance guys came to property. Pool is USUALLY available, Laundry facilities are deplorable. Ceilings caved in on us and about 5 of our neighbors, the A/C units just crushed the roof in! No compensation was given, had to still pay rent and live where the ceiling was missing. Only nice park was the mail man at the time. 911 calls for domestics were nightly, drug abuse was RAMPANT!! The mormon guys were there all the time. Cutting the grass at 6 AM was not unusual. Windows could not keep out ANy heat or keep in any cool air, they leaked as if this place and SRP had teamed up to give you a $300.00 electric bill. NOT UNUSUAL!! $250.00 during the winter! TINY kitchen! Not really a living room or a dining room to speak of! Lots of ---------! Lots of 5 or 6 adults and 4 or 5 kids sharing a 2 bedroom! Take a great piece of advise, move to either Tempe or Gilbert. You can find MUCh better for the price!
