Not great.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My boyfriend & I lived here for a year (from July 2003 - August 2004). It was cheap, and close to my parents...
But I definitely wouldn't recommend this for anybody looking for a nice place. When we moved in, the bathroom sink had been damaged and then fixed with ugly gray epoxy. They refused to replace it, so my mother ended up buying us a new bathroom sink from Home Depot. At least one of their guys was willing to install it for us.
The swimming pool was almost always dirty... and the metal handrails were DUCT TAPED to the cement.
Many of the wooden fenceposts that surround part of the patio were broken (though I've driven past it since, and it seems like they've cleaned that up).
Most of the residents when we lived there seemed kind of shady. Our neighbour had just been evicted as we were moving in. And the couple who replaced him cranked some crappy hip-hop music really loud during the day. Very annoying.
We had absolutely no notice of when our lease expired... and ended up paying for an extra month while we moved the hell out of that place.
