My boyfriend and I lived here for 2 years. We were happy! When we had a problem, maintenance was Johnny on the spot. The office staff was always very friendly and did there best to correct any problem. I think the problem was that parents did not supervise there children so things were getting broke. But the office went out of thier way to fix problems promptly. I have read the reviews and am not sure what people are talking about. Then again, the only time someone has something to say it's when they don't get there own way and are bitter. Over the past year this property has done a 100% turn around! It looks nice, things are getting fixed, the people who work here really care about their residents! I just wish the pool would get fixed quicker. They are working on the problem though. We plan on staying here for a while!

Are you kidding me? When was the last time the pool usable? That should be one of their TOP priorities and it was been dilapitated for well over a year. When you live in an apartment and PAY you shouldn't have to wait over a week for maintenance, the office staff shouldn't lose your move in sheet and charge you to fix problems that existed in the apartment before you moved in, and the freakin pool should be full of sparkling water!

I reallly understand what this person is saying i have been here over 2 years and the office staff is always smiling and friendly always ready to help. The maitenance staff is always freindly as well and always responds in a timely manner. Sounds like this person has a very bad attitude and a mean spirit. Maybe they should try some yoga to relax some and to realize they are human to. Know one is free of fault!!!!

maybe you are the crack heads she's talking about and thats why you like the place so much seems to me there's alot of no's on the page. How can this many people be wrong. I know crack heads and you two sound just like them or you love roaches not sure which one.
