What do you expect for $500 a month is right. Cant seem to get rid of the roaches, the dishwasher does not work, even though maintenance 'fixed' it. The ceiling in the bedroom has a big crack in it and I am afraid that it is going to break all aroung me. The door frames are moldy and coming off. When the maintenance guys came in to fix my diswasher they locked me out of my apartment and I had to break in, and I did not like how easy it was to do it, because that means that anyone could. I can not wait to take my daughter and get out of this roach infested apartment.

Yeah, Im in their face all the time complaining about my noisey neighbors and the illegal activity going on in this complex.. I told them that my neighbors are selling drugs out of there apartment. They said okay we will check on and report it to the cops, they did nothing.. These kids do not work and is up all hrs of the night. Im sick of it.. I finally had to get a hold of there coporate office to complain. I do not want to get anybody fired but this is ridiculous!

I agree, I am moving back in with my Mom, because I can't stand having to have my daughter live with the roaches. I am suprised that she has not been sick. Oh I also forgot to put that when I moved in it looked like there was blood in the bathroom, like something happened there and it didn't get cleaned up that well.

Management was kind enough to let me out of my lease a month early. TG! I moved from this place a year ago, and I am truly thankful the roaches didn't follow me to my new home. To Joan's defense, she did work hard to make the place (complex) habitable. Unfortunately, her efforts were undermined by the regional office. I believe the place has a new manager now, and it sounds like it has gotten worse. The drugs were always an issue! That'll never change. The cops will continue to keep this place on their regular route as there is always something going on. As for the noisy neighbors? Not everyone had good home training, so you just have to grin and bear it until your lease is up. Don't expect much from this place! You're just a monthly payment that they don't want to have interact with!
