I have lived here for almost a year now and i have to say it has been a GREAT! I rent a cool 1bd 1ba near the pool,laundry,business center,workout room and office and I frequently use these amenities which are always clean and in great shape! The grounds are very well maintained and the residents i have met here are really mature and friendly, location is excellent! Close to freeway,shopping,restaurants,and entertainment,etc. are all nearby. And last but not least, Management is the the BEST! Very professional,very friendly and very helpful when you need something! Thanks, Stephanie and Kasey for making Superstition Villas feel like home and not just another place to live. I look forward to another year of enjoying living here.

This review sounds like an advertisement. I suspect this was written by Superstition Villas. Very lame.

Wow I want some of what ever she has been smoking, because either Stephanie or Kasey wrote this review or this person is looking through rose colored glasses. The staff are rude, the grounds are a mess with litter, dumpsters are usually over flowing and if the lids are not up the stupid people just drop there trash in front of the bins, load neighbors with load music, cops are always in there. Cheap place to live if you don't mind all the other crap.
