Well if your up for an adventure move to Terra Vida! The police are here so much they are going to start charging them rent. The other night at about 1 in the morning we herd four loud, loud gun shots, a guy going crazy yelling in the parking lot and about 10 cop cruisers show up. If you like the sound of a train scream at you every 20 mins you?ll be in heaven. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE has a dog here and NO ONE pics up after their dog. There is so much crap everywhere you can't walk. The parking is horrible and if you want covered parking you have to pay 50.00 a month for there ?garages? that are open and a waste of money. The staff seems okay, but I would not count on them to care about the increasing crime. There is no grace period when it comes to paying your rent and if you don?t have it on the first, on the second they give you a five-day notice to get out. There are a ton of kids here and no adults. If the gunshots don?t break your windows the unsupervised kids will. Well have fun listening to your neighbors have sex and being woken up by shots fired and sirens. That?s all, other than that after a year here I guess its okay.
