Tierra Vida Apartments was supernice when i moved in they accepted my pitbull that no one else would but after we lived here for acouple months we found out that the office or the maintance like to do anything they delayed on EVERYTHING! When i moved in there were still holes in my carpet tiles were missing from the fireplace they just painted over stuff so in the bathroom there was still hair stuck to the wall that they just painted over our toilet was wayyyy off center and it took them about 3 weeks to come fix it. My dishwasher broke and it took almost a month to come and fix it and they found out that my garbage disposal didnt work either and thats whythe water was backed up and made a really bad smell but they took their sweet time changing it. The apartments are very poorly made they even have plastic sinks they dont replace anything. If you put in a work order they dont come for a month or so. IN the summer my airconditioning was broken at least 4 days out of the week because it froze up and they kept telling my it was normal and i called an airconditioning place and they said thats not normal and they took their time fixing that to. There is alwyas shootings kids running around without their parents no one cares, and many drugs!!! So i suggest you find another apartment before you move into these!!!!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
