I moved in in 2000, and the place was great, and the staff was awesome. Then new management took over (some jackass in a new jeep). They were hard asses about everything, and slapped on fees after fees if you were 1 hr late. They have no sympathy for the human condition. Then I sadly recommended the place to my friend. The guy working in the office said the apartment would be ready at a particular day, so my friend took the day off from her job. We get everything packed up, get the keys and walk into the apartment to find it filthy. No one had cleaned it at all. Then this employee had the balls to say it was our fault, when it should have been his lazy ass who should have checked to make sure the apartment was ready like he promised. Then they wouldnt call in anybody to clean it for us, so we had to move my friend into a dirty apartment while her elderly mom cleaned the place. It was ridiclous. I hate terra vida, they do not respect the tenants. To them you are just a dollar sign and not a person. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you enjoy being treated like a human instead of having some guy who was probably beat up in high school for being a dork get his power trip jolly's on you.
