GHETTO!! is the one word that sums up this place. It may look ok from the outside but don?t let that fool you. The noise is ridiculous & there are way too many dogs on the property you?d think it was a kennel.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
One factor for the noise level is the paper thin walls, you can hear the next door nieghbors conversations. The people above us were constantly having screaming & fighting matches in their apt as well as on the stair case. The "ghetto bird" was always flying around & on 3 occasions found Mesa PD jumping over the brick wall by the canal to chase fleeing suspects. The train goes by every 1-2hours and you?re S.O.L if you?re trying to get on the 101 south cause the tracks run thru Price Rd.
