Please do not listen to the crackheads that wrote bad things on this board, I live at Terra Vida and the people in the office are great, the apartments are clean, I am NOT a crackhead nor am I a theif, rapist... actually I am a Mother and my child doesn't run around bashing things nor have I seen any other children doing so... infact the kids are very sweet and respectful to me. Yes there are a lot of kids but what would you expect from an apartment soooo big, having kids around is great atleast you know it's a family environment. Yes there are a lot of dogs too, I don't have one but if they are willing to pay for there animal to live in there own apartment what business is that of anyone elses! I haven't heard a barking loud noisy dog and I have about 3 neighbors that have dogs. Yes I have heard some noise from cars driving through the parking lot with there radio's loud but that has been few and far between, I have NEVER heard my neighbors through the walls, unless my neighbors just don't talk I'm pretty sure these wall are NOT paper thin. I had a background check to move in and in the lease it states if you are arrested you are evicted, and my car has never been broke into... I also see some VERY nice cars in the parking lot... cars that even GHETTO BANGERS CAN NOT AFFORD!!! So please don't listen to the jacknards that wrote the bad things, I think they are upset because maybe they were turned down or kicked out.... oh yeah one more thing, the only big black ladies I saw have never screamed out cracka they were pretty nice to me and I am a little white girl sounds to me like whoever wrote that is a little prejudice! anyway, if your interested in these apartments take a look for yourself...
