It's not the best but not the worst.....

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The kids were not the most pleasent. Our upstairs neighbors were loud and rude, The maintenance wasn't the best, the office people were ok. Also, the first week we were there (115 degrees) we had no air conditioning & it took them several days to finally come fix it.
