PRO's:
Grounds are kept up to date meticulously.

No deposit required.

Covered parking available.

Maintenance happens in a timely manner (when asked for)

Rental office staff - friendly

CON'S:
large rocks were used as the majority of the landscaping tools.

Large number of stray cats.

Large number of stray children in the pool and weight room.

Only one water station for the whole complex.

One set of mailboxes.

Pool maintenance is sporadic (except for the front complex)

Large speedbumps, lowered vehicles beware.

Dog Crap...everywhere.

Shelf (touchup) paint. It sticks to everything but the shelving.

Rental office staff - clueless.
