DON'T DO IT!

If you like being threatened this is the place for you.... This management company loves to threaten you with what is called the ten day forced eviction notice.
A few months ago, they sent a notice telling everyone that there was a curfew for all the children. If they were outside after dark, you would get notice and have to move out with in ten days of receiving your notice. Of course, this did not do anything, as the kids run around until late at night and does not stop the children from other units from hanging out.
This this week many units received notices that their patios needed to be cleaned up immedately. Most units were given less than 24 hours to clean up their patios or else they would get the ten day eviction notice. Needless to say, the gargage dumpsters were over flowing as people threw out all the furnature and other assorted junk on their patios. Mabye they should have given people more time to clean' There were people up until 2 in the morning moving things to the dumpsters while others started at 6 am. We were also told to clean up all cigarrette buts on our patio and around the court yard or face the TEN DAY EVICTION. I have had to spend the past few weeks cleaning the butts off of my patio that were from cigarrettes by other people flicking their butts on the patio
We were told this was to "beautify" the property. Yet I have never seen them clean any of the walk ways that lead to the parking lot and the pool is a milky white.
Two months ago, we received notice that crime was a growing problem. Yet the security gates are broken more often than they are working. I had one neighbor whose motorcycle was stolen, another neighbor whose car tire was damaged. They have one security officer coverning three blocks of apartments who is only a part timer. Another night someone was shining their laser pointer into drivers eyes as the drove down the street. The police are frequent visitors to our apartment complex.
Parking is a joke. Broken down cars fill the lot and are only removed after they have been there for serveral months.
Most of the tenants are all right, but some of them really do not care. If there are mail circulars, you can bet they are scattered all over the property. One lady had two dogs in her apartment she was told to get rid of one or face the TEN day notice. She moved out, but not before telling on another unit that also had two dogs. Others think that cleaning up after your dog is a suggestion not something you should be doing.
All in All a very unpleasant experience I cannot wait until my lease is over
