I have seen the good and the bad at Terra Vida. For the most part I have been happy. I do understand some of the previous comments but I was glad when letter was sent out to community for un-supervised kids. I am one that complained and yes I hate to say it the family was evicted. I just don't think kids should be running around at 11:00 at night un-supervised. This family also had plenty of warning. So yes I'm glad the office followed through. At the same time I have been given a non-renewal that their not renewing my lease because I have a pitt bull and a Rott.I'm not to happy with that but I'm trying to understand managements point. (Still trying to understand) I did move in over two years ago and have seen the place get better this past year. The gates although have always been an issue. Me personal was glad to get the patio notices, If we all left trash outside we would look like the dump. I'm sad to be leaving but looking for a fresh start in a new apartment that will allow my dogs. The office has always been kind and taken care of anything; Maintenance also although I did have to wait a few days once for a work order to get completed. My neighbors have been good, except for the kids running wild family. For the price-- I would reccomend, the area outside of the community can be rough.
