Crap

I moved into these apartments being my first moving out on my own. The reason I chose these apartments was because they were reasonably priced and my friends were currently residents. At first everything was cool cause it was my place and had no life restrictions but it gradually started to suck balls. The people who lived above me were loud as hell and NEVER stopped moving. It sounded like a herd of elephants were performing mating rituals. When I was finally tired of it I went upstairs to tell them to keep it down and they couldn't even speak english!!!! How did they even sign a contract if they cant speak english'' Also the maintenance guys are -------s. I called because my garbage disposal was broken. When I got home from work there was dirt and crap all over my floor and counter. It was all the gunk that had clogged my sink they threw onto my counter and a note that said that it was my fault it was clogged and not to call for non-emergencies. It's really not that dirty of a complex and the train really isn't that loud. It's everything else. Like the customer service sucks. Plus the one heavy short lady is a total -----. The water gets cold after like 5 minutes so you have to rush a shower and both my neighbors cars have been broken into. It's not so much the complex rather the area. It's the ------ part of Mesa, what do you expect. It's like Van Buren to Phx. But I would highly recommend choosing another complex.....
