i love the staff and the maintanence but i do not feel safe here and the trains are SOOO LOUD! they drive through about 20 times a day and i swear those train conductors think they are hilarious blaring their horns everynight at 12:30 exactly as they pass the lot. awesome. not to mention you have to factor in another 10 min of driving to get into the complex from the f**king light rail construction. i found blood on the back of my car last night and the cops didnt even care because nothing was reported on the premises so the evidence was useless. the staff again are great but the area is terrible and the construction takes away from everything that may be enjoyable about this place. do not move here!

When it takes a cop 23 mins to respond to a robbery taken place you know it's a major problem. Iwas assulted in an attempted carjacking the cops took 30misto respond. The guy lived underneath me no arrest was made. I was told to take it up with management. 3 months later he was evictedfor nonpayment of rent. The place is aghetto with thugs driving escalades bmws and drug dealing not paying rent and vandalizing your vehicle. Do not move here. Check with thepoliceasto the number of crimes per month that goes on here
