i've read all the reviews and i have yet to experience anything bad about terra vida or its staff.. i've lived here for 2 yrs and never had a complaint.. yes the gates are not always closed but theres always some idiot trying to go through the exit and ends up hitting it so they have to wait for repair. i've seen it happen plenty of times and then they blame the office when their property was being vandalized.. i have seen the office girls plenty of times trying to control these wild kids running around and you dont see 1 parent watching them so when 1 gets hurt they run to the office like if its their job to babysit them.. i feel sorry for the office staff cuz they have to deal with alot of lazy, rude, and crazy people and i would never want to do their job.. dont get me wrong i have some great neighbors but theres always one in the bunch like this crazy lady in the 2nd courtyard that she thinks her kids are angels but her daughter is a troublemaker and her son is too.. finally i think the apts are cool and i get what i pay for and the only bad thing is the construction on main street..
