I read a few of the reviews and some of these complainers are probably no longer living here cuz they were evicted or because they were the ones causing problems and are bitter about being kicked out.. this is my second year living at terra vida and i just renewed my lease cuz other apts i have looked at either look like crap and they charge alot or are too much money for the area we are in.. terra vidas rates are perfect for what i can afford and the area is perfect for me to hop on any freeway.. the construction is a little crazy but it should be moving further up main and we wont have to worry about it soon..the only problem i have like the other reviews are these lazy parents that dont watch their kids and when the office puts up a flyer to watch their kids the parents get mad cuz they dont want to bother with their kids and they expect the office girls to babysit them. as far as the gates i do follow the rules to use entrance and exit but theres always some idiot trying to come through the exit and mess up the gate... the girls in the office are so cool and everytime i have problem they help me out right away and the maintence guy that does all the workorders named garry is a nice old man and he always fixes any of the problems in my apt... i had a few friends move in to the complex too bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Are you talking about Terra Vida apts? Come bloom ina crime filled commonity where your car and or apt will get vandalized, where drug dealing takes place, where loud parties go on all night. If you get robbed thepolice will take 23 minutes to get there. Management like your self is in denial.When was the last time the jaccuzzi worked? What is worst then lazy parents is drug dealing and smoking marjuana in the courtyard and the police won't come. Don't move here.
