These apartments may look good but they aren't. Well where to begin, well 4 days into our time being here we got robbed. Yep someone cased us as we were moving in and took there oppurtunity and robbed me and my roomate. Okay i know stuff happens but the ladies up front did nothing about it. They were the first ones to find out about the break in and didnt even call the police all they did was send over maintenance to knock on the door. Oh and the maintenance guy let me get started on him. So the robbers broke a window so the window needed to be repaired. Well they called out the guy to fix it the same day we got robbed but he couldnt fix it cause the cops hadnt shown up yet. Well later that night when the cops got finished i called the maintenance guy up and he was pissed at me like it was my fault that the window was broke and that it was my fault i got robbed. The parking sucks around the apartment. There are stray cats everywhere around the place and the gates never work. Anyone can come in and out as they please. Oh and another thing we asked for a washer and dryer the day we moved in and still havent seen them yet. Oh and good luck on getting any sleep during the day cause there is always kids running around and landscaping being done. I would not suggest living here and to the residents living there get out ASAP like me and my roomate did.

I suggest if you are a day sleeper, you find a place that is mostly adults or 55 . I've been here 2 years and had no problems like yours. Maintenece is quick and competent, and the ladies in the office are lovely and responsive.

I agree wholeheartedly. When criminal actvity takes place the office people always say they they fear retaliaion. It takes them 3 or more months to evict someone one paying rent and disturbing the peace. They have a legal obligation to keep you safe. Learn all you can about tenant rights, break your lease and let them deal with the thugs why suffer?
