Terra Vida Apartment Homes

I have lived here for 2 years, and I do not have a complaint. The train tracks are close, and the train goes through about 3 to 5 times a day, however, it's really not a problem, easy to get used to. I like the dead end street, traffic is slower.
The maintenence people are responsive and competent. The girls in the office are lovely and helpful. I am transferring from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom with ease.
As far as apartment living goes, this place is very good. It's quiet, no problems with crime ...I have heard of only 1 incident since I've lived here. There is plenty of parking, and you have a choice of studios all the way up to 3 bedroom places.

What building are you in? The police are here all the time. Sometimes you can't even park your car. What about the police helicoptor shining the light in your windows at night? Quiet? Are you deaf or in denial? Every night in building 3 and 4 loud parties all night long. If the police comes out they don't do anything but tell you to take it up with management.Whay building are you in?Is there an empty apt next to you? Are you even talking about Terra Vida? Don't move here. I disagree with you.
