this was my first apartment I rented on my own. I only had a short notice to find a place and it was close to my last place. I wish I had taken more time to consider for sure. the train goes by twice a day, loud, right nextdoor. the gates were part of the reason I wanted to move in, and in the 8 mo. I've lived here they've worked probably 30 times. there are cats EVERYWHERE, and open dumpsters. my apartment was never in good condition. the faucets make loud strange noises if the water isn't on full. there was damage in my window frame where it leaked water, never fixed. the staff are rude, straight up. seemed to have pointless attitude. they lied to me about prices of on-site laundry, and the gym facility which I was told was available but it was being used as storage when I went to check it out. recently I believe it is open though. which isn't a big deal but why lie' there are always people on bikes digging through the open dumpsters. I recieved a notice on my door that there was an armed robbery at one apt. On the first night my friends car was burgalarized staying here in the parking lot. Seriously reconsider if you're thinking about moving here. There are much better places in different areas. I would say the grounds in the courtyard areas aren't too bad but there are just dumpsters everywhere around it. the surrounding areas are not good either, course it is mesa.

The sad thing is that management does not care. They would rather rent to thugs who don't pay rent, do criminal activity and it takes them 3 or more months to evict them, then listen to the tenants who do pay rent arent disturbing the peace and vandalizing the cars. They tell you that there is security where? Cars wouldn't be vandalized, drug activity wouldn't be taking place if they enforced their rules and regulations. The police says take it up with management, management says take it up with the police. A class action law suit needs to happen in order for them to get out of their denial state. They say that they are acrime free community. The police says they are #1 west of Dobson and Main.As usual the honest citizen gets victimized. Don't move here
