overall, i think this is a nice place to live for the price and location. maintenence is good about fixing what they can right away. the ladies in the office are always very helpful. the train... well, im a heavy sleeper so im not bothered by it. security could be better but they have an off duty cop that potrols the grounds which i think is good and makes me feel a lot better. there have been a few break ins... but look around. if the prostitute on the corner and the bum on the bus stop bench dont give it away.. ITS MESA PEOPLE. you cant expect to be in a area like that and have complete and total secruity at all times. the only complaints i have is that the kids are quite annoying. there is ALWAYS kids running around unsupervised and messing with things they shouldnt. this isnt the office's fault though, parents just need to care more about their kids. the gates never work. again, not the office's fault. if people would follow the signs and not enter in the exit gate, then there wouldnt be any problems.

Management has a legal obligation to provide for the safety of the tenants. Security what security? Call Valley Protection services you get a recording. Talk to management and theytell you that you are dialing the wrong number. Night after night the police helicoptor is flying, police all over the premises, but its a crime free mulihousing community like their sign says. Come bloom at Terra Vida where they are number one in crime according to the police.If you have never had you car or apt vandalized or had noisy neighbors and management wont do anything about it, you are really luck. Looks aren't everything. They are beautiful but management needs to work with the police to cut down on the crime. Please don't move here.

Management doesn't think its a problem when people smoke marjuana in the court yards. They let tenants stay with3 monthsof notpaying rent before they are evicted. If you got a rap sheet and into drugs this is theplace to bloom!!!!! No one will care except your neighborwho is going to workand paying rent on time.

I agree with the above responses. The trees are beautiful and the apts ok but whoqwants to here partying night after night when youworkand they don't. Whenyou call the office they tell you that they are on their way out but three months later they are still hre. Move here if youare a drugaddict!!!!!!!
