I would not recommend anyone to rent at Terra Vida. When youbring safety issues such as drug dealing marjuana smoke coming in your vents, excessive noise they are in complete denial of the prolem. They tell you that youare the only one. I have called the cops 34 times n six months because of the above. My neighbor wasbroken into I called 911. It took 23 minutes from them to arrive.Blood all over the balconey. Three days later I go to the office because of the flies and told them this is a health issue. They poured bleach all over that ran down 3 flights of stairs taking off the paint. Best part. They only shampooed the carpet and painted over the blood stains and rented it out. Gross!!!!

if you know about az laws you would know that any apt community cannot evict anyone just because a resident complains. if you state the police has been called then why didnt they report it to management. there has to be proof of yr complaints. if that was the case if i hate my neighbor i will lie and complain so they get evicted.. thats too simply.. like the above person stated MOVE OUT. you either like abuse or you are an idiot !

i guess mesa cops are incompotent and they pick on you alone. if you have called them that many times for the same problems dont you think they should of done something because when someone calls about drugs they will search the apt.. i just think your full of hot air and you are angry that you dont get yr way.. i live at terra vida for 1yr and a half and ive called the police for a loud party and they responded quickly and the party was stopped.. maybe they already know yr a wacho and they know yr number by heart so they know not to respond quickly

If you hlive here you know that this is a crime filled place. I called a cop because of loud nose and he told me to deal with it that there was nothing he can do. So the person who thinks that the cops do their jobare wrong. We moved because of the above problems.

WELL, if you must know i would smoke pot outside, however due to overzealous idiots from the old days, pot is illegal.. but luckily for you, cancer causing cigarettes are legal.
