We've had people robbed at knife point in there apt and more and more shady ppl are being rented to. This apt complex is steadily declining. They've changed managers about 4 times in 3 months and it takes months of complaining to get them to fix anything. I've slept on my balcony twice because the maintenance refused to fix my AC saying that it didn't constitute an emergency and it was cooler outside in the 100 degree weather. The gates that are part of the community never work and are either stuck closed or always open. the pools they advertise are always full of rubish and half the time they aren't open. I could go on for pages but I think you get the idea.

Actually, the manager has changed only 2 times all year. The prior manager was here for over 2 years, another was hired and thank goodness they brought in the current one shortly thereafter as she is awesome. I'm not aware of any robberies at knife point nor have I seen the pools full of "rubbish". This is a decent place to live for the price.
